Description	1. Perform drive test and Analyze field problems using TEMS investigation 8.2/9/10 with Route Analysis (L3 messages). 2. Monitor & analyze the WCDMA/HSDPA Radio Network Statistics on daily basis. 3. Responsible for reducing congestion and drops, improving the IRAT Handover, Soft Handover, RRC Connection & RAB Establishment Success rate in his designated area for all Voice, Video Packet & High Speed, issuing capacity requests whenever needed for 3G sites. 4. Responsible for testing and evaluating the radio performance for the newly integrated sites and modifying the radio configurations for the on air sites. 5. Scrambling Code tuning for 3G sites. 6. Neighbor planning between different coverage layers. 7. Participate in technical discussions with the customer in order to gather product-related information. 8. Participate in Radio Network Surveys, i.e. 9. visit possible base station sites in order to judge if they are suitable from a radio network point of view (Hardware & Location) 10.Redesign of Radio planning Parameters (Antenna, tilt, azimuth,.) according to the need. 11.Evaluate and adapt new methods and technologies regarding Radio Network Optimization & Tuning. Be responsible of trial projects for new products & features. 12.Ability to lead the team and interface with the customer.
Qualifications	2 years of experience preferably on Huawei 2G equipment.
Experience	1 - 2 Years.
