Description
1. Conducts value analysis to assure that the purchasing function is
fulfilled at the optimum cost.
2. Ensures that the department buys the right quality and quantity at the right price and source, under the best terms and conditions of purchase.
3. Conducts suppliers, visit and inspections.
4. Conducts value analysis to assure that the purchasing function is fulfilled at the optimum cos.
5. Involves in coordination with other departments for the enhancement of the company success. Such as finance team to control vendor payment cycle.
6. Develops new supply sources.
7. Positively contribute in the overall company saving and profitability plans.
8. Ability to perform supervisory activities.
9. Solve claim problem happened.
10.Maintaining ongoing supplier performance data for periodic internal/external review and initiate corrective action/development as necessary Participate in cost reduction programs (payment term, supplier stocking programs, and quality performance improvements).
11.Ability to establish the annual purchasing budget for the vendors and tracking the monthly results in order to control any deviations might arise.
12.Integrate with GFP organization getting the best use of GFP reporting system through establishing supplier score card, dashboard.

Qualifications
1. At least 6 years purchasing experience.
2. College graduate in Engineering/Business, or equivalent experience.
3. Good problem solving skills.
4. Good knowledge of purchasing procedure along with the related law.
5. Excellent English.
6. Good communication skills.
