7. Presenting periodical reports and statistics to illustrate the Unit's activity and results as needed.
8. Conducting regular performance appraisal of subordinates and providing them with performance feedback.

Qualifications

University degree.

Languages

Good command of English language.

Experience

At least 3-5 years of experience sales and sales management.

Experience

At least 4 – 8 years of experience sales and sales management.
Prefer to have at least one year experience in insurance.
