Description
1. Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness
and efficiency.
2. Direct product testing activities throughout production cycles.
3. Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management staff.
4. Oversee workers including supervisors, inspectors, and laboratory workers engaged in testing activities.
5. Confer with marketing and sales departments to define client requirements and expectations.
6. Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, and contractors.
7. Direct the tracking of defects, test results, and other regularly reported quality control data.
8. Create and implement inspection and testing criteria and procedures.
9. Identify critical points in the manufacturing process and specify sampling procedures to be used at these points.
10.Document testing procedures, methodologies, and criteria.

Qualifications
B.Sc. holder of Science or Chemistry, preferably.
Experience
9
Years.
Experience in the following industries is a must: Ceramics Sanitary Cement.
Experience in the following industries is a must: Ceramics Sanitary Cement.
Other Skills
SAP experience is a plus.
