| Description | The Supply Chain Director reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and needs to ensure that this process of supply chain is functioning properly and in a timely manner to ensure minimum delays. 1. Understanding the needs of the clients properly and delivering the product exactly as designed. 2. Handling and directing the process of supply chain. 3. Building and maintaining good relationships with the clients, line managers as well as with the entire team to make them understand the needs and objectives. 4. Developing and implementing long term goals in order to ensure efficiency. 5. Finding new means to reduce the cost and increase the profits legitimately with great familiarity. 6. Mentoring abilities towards the subordinates in all the departments. 7. Ensuring that the financial objectives set by the firm are met properly. 8. Providing guidance to other team members and staff as well. |
| Qualifications | 1. 15+ years of supply chain management experience in progressively senior positions, operations experience an asset. 2. University degree in Business or related field. 3. Capacity to build relationships internally & externally. 4. Demonstrated ability of managing cost performance, supply/demand forecasting & distribution execution across a variety of product lines from multiple sources. 5. Strong analytical, financial & skill required to succeed. 6. egree in Business Administration from an accredited institution. |
