Description
1. Answering phone calls, fax, emails and keeping firm records for all company correspondence.
2. Supervising and directing office keeping and maintenance personnel and keeping regular records.
3. Receiving and answering primary customers inquiries and/or redirecting them.
4. Developing and maintaining good awareness of company products and activities.
5. Execution of planned company meetings and keeping firm records of minutes.
6. Synchronizing different operating units to maintain proper work and information flow.
7. Representing the company in some out of office presentations, events, conferences, ...etc.
8. Scheduling CEOs business activities.
9. Performing minor customers communication and satisfaction duties.
10.Following up and collecting feed back of companys web site or electronic marketing activities.
11.Typing needed paper work for the company.

Qualifications
1. Very well looking.
2. University degree (most preferable in mass communication, commerce, or Alsun).
3. Highly active and presentable.
4. Very well organized.
5. Excellent MS Excel, Word and power point capabilities.
6. Fast learner.
7. Most preferred Nasr City, Heliopolis or near by area residents.

Languages
Very good command in English writing and speaking

0 Years - New Graduates.
