Description
1. Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party
promptly and efficiently.
2. Requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings..
3. Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents.
4. Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications.
5. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
6. Prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary.
7. Attend meetings to record minutes.
8. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives.
9. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
10.Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
