| Description | 1. Uses sales script for phone calls within target sectors, using on line applications and other sources of information. 2. Receives and provides full info regarding the service to incoming calls from customers requesting the companys service. 3. Submits Sales status reports on daily basis to inbound manager. 4. Initiates sales deals and achieves sales quota for our services. 5. Handles cancellation accounts in order to get it back. 6. Handles customer and educate them to call right department. 7. Handles customer inquiries about ADSL & small service ( domain & mail & hosting ) and LinkdotNet products. 8. Tries to handle escalated customer calls regarding problems, providing complete customer satisfaction. 9. Manages shift hours daily to have a great result at the end. |
| Qualifications | 1. Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position. 2. Bachelor degree. 3. Ability to work over the phone for long hours. 4. Good sales knowledge & phone skills. 5. Ability to exercise scheduling flexibility (work holidays, split days off, late evenings and weekends). 6. Good Communication Skills and negotiation Skills. |
