| Description | 1. Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives. 2. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. 3. Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. 4. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. 5. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. 6. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. 7. Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by the sales team. 8. Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Executive's sales and activity performance. 9. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. 10.Creates and conducts proposal presentations. 11.Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. 12.Assists the sales team in preparation of proposals and presentations. 13.Recruits, tests, and hires Sales Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management. 14.Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. |
| Qualifications | 1. Experience with Corrugated Cardboard industry is preferred. 2. 3 years minimum experience working as a Sales Manager. 3. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. 4. Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management. 5. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams. |
