Description
1. Greeting customer politely and courteously once they enter the reception
area.
2. Listen to their request (complaint) and attend to their problems / write an agreement to receive customer car to make an estimate showing the agreed amount and completion date.
3. Prepares repair estimation by describing repair and replacement services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering estimation into work management system.
4. After negotiation, keep customer informed of charges and in work required from original estimate for cost and delivery time.
5. Inspect physical damage of vehicles to determine feasibility of PDR repairs and appropriate replace/repair techniques.
6. (Reviewing repair order and estimate with customer).
7. Reviewing damage estimates with insurance adjuster.
8. Obtaining customer approval. For additional job, get customer's approval for charges adjustments (Supplementary agreement). Maintain customer history file.
9. After quality control checking confirm all customer rerequests and complaints have been completed.
10.Continuous sales and relationship building with insurance companies and body
shops.
11.Assist repair facilities in achieving scheduling and repair goals through maintaining established productivity standards.

Qualifications
1. Residency : Applicant must be resident in Alexandria.
2. B.Sc. in Engineering.

Languages
Native Arabic,Good command of English.
Education Major
Engineering.
Experience
Min. 3 to 5 years in automotive field.
Salary (L.E.)
