Description
1. Closely managing and monitoring the performance and progress in sales targets achievement, the quality of the portfolios and the persistency of policies.
2. Collaborating with the Unit Production Manager in planning annual budgets and sales targets for the Sales team.
3. Monitoring clients' satisfaction and supporting the Sales team in developing sales opportunities.
4. Coaching and training the Sales teams on technical knowledge, managerial and selling skills.
5. Ensuring the Sales team members has proper licenses.
6. Conducting sales visits for the purpose of developing sales opportunities and to coach the Sales team on effective sales and client management.
7. Assessing the training needs of subordinates and coordinating with the HR Department to provide the needed trainings and other performance development initiatives.
8. Recruiting the needed calibers.
9. Conducting regular performance appraisal of subordinates and providing them with performance feedback.
10.Presenting periodical reports and statistics to illustrate the Unit's activity and results as needed.
11.Keeping up to date with company's standards, policies, procedures and authority limits that affect the implementation of responsibilities.

Qualifications
University degree.

Experience
At least 4 – 8 years of experience sales and sales management.
Prefer to have at least one year experience in insurance.

Salary (L.E.)
Negotiable.
